few months after being granted her degree in Nutrition, she remained a
full-time mother until the early seventies. She has three daughters ( Pascale, Janique and
Marie-Claire ). |

Manages her own private Nutrion Clinic since 1975
 |
She helps
individuals facing health problems with nutritional interventions
adapted to their needs, while maintaining an active interest in hot
issues. She makes use of innovative approaches to deal with cholesterol problems and, with
her associate Michelle Laflamme, published in 1994,

Her books
 | She wrote
her first 3 books while her
three daughters are at school, at camp or sailing with their father
since she gave them priority over her writings. Her first books were well received by the public and
media . As early as 1977, she
denounced the overconsumption of meat and saturated fat and proposed nutritional readjustments
in "Menu de Santé ".
This book was released in France and Belgium in 1981. |

health
problems

Through her clinical work with patients and questions received from
women, she became very interessed in women's specific health problems and
published in 1988 "
The Nutrition Challenge for Women
".
Over 75 000 copies of the french book were sold in less
than a year. The book is available in English in Canada and
in USA: it is also available in Spanish in Mexico and in English in
India. |

In 1990, she followed
up
with "Menus
et recettes du Défi alimentaire de la femme" (
Menus and recipes of
The Nutrition
Challenge for Women), and
in 1999, offered solutions for women at menopause when she published "Good
Nutrition for a Healthy Menopause" |

worked on 8 television series on nutrition (Radio Canada, Radio Québec
and Télémétropole), totaling more than 600 broadcasts. She is invited as
guest speaker in Canada, United States and Europe.
