bullet Married in 1961, a few months after being granted her degree in Nutrition, she remained a full-time mother until the early seventies. She has three daughters ( Pascale, Janique and Marie-Claire ).

  Manages her own private Nutrion Clinic since 1975

She helps individuals facing health problems with nutritional interventions adapted to their needs, while maintaining an active interest in hot issues. She makes use of innovative approaches to deal with cholesterol problems and, with her associate Michelle Laflamme, published in 1994,   Good Fat - Bad Fat;

Several years of work in the field of Nutrition have convinced her of the healing power of healthy foods;

  Her books
bulletShe wrote her first 3 books while her three daughters are at school, at camp or sailing with their father since she gave them priority over her writings. Her first books were well received by the public and media . As early as 1977, she denounced the overconsumption of meat and saturated fat and proposed nutritional readjustments in "Menu de Santé ". This book was released in France and Belgium in 1981.
bullet These first books were followed in 1981 by " Une cuisine Sage"; 1984, "La sage Bouffe, de 2 à 6 ans" ; 1991,  Feeding your Baby; 1992, Feeding your Preschooler; 1992 . "La nouvelle boîte à lunch" published with Louise Desaulniers; 1999,  "Le lait de chèvre" published with her two associates; 2000, "Feeding Your Baby the Healthiest Foods-from Breast Milk to Table Foods";  and in 2002 " The Part-Time Vegetarian "published with Louise Desaulniers and in 2005 ''Menus Midi'' also published with Louise Desaulniers.

  Fully aware of  women's specific health problems
bullet Through her clinical work with patients  and questions received from women, she became very interessed in women's specific health problems and published in 1988 " The Nutrition Challenge for Women ". Over 75 000 copies of the french book were sold in less than a year. The book is available in English in Canada  and in USA: it is also available in Spanish in Mexico and in English in India. 
bullet In 1990, she followed up with "Menus et recettes du Défi alimentaire de la femme"   ( Menus and recipes of The Nutrition Challenge for Women), and in 1999,  offered solutions for women at menopause when  she published  "Good Nutrition for a Healthy Menopause"

 Grand-mother since 1994
bullet She has four grand-children. This exceptional experience allowed her to revise her infant nutrition book: "Feeding Your Baby the Healthiest Foods-from Breast Milk to Table Foods", a book that sold more than 350 000 copies in french only.

bullet She started delivering her message in favor of a good nutrition in a regular column published in the journal "Montréal Matin";
bullet 1975-1985, Châtelaine magazine retained her services for a regular column;
bullet 1981, she wrote a chapter in " J'allaite mon bébé ", a breastfeeding guide for mothers;
bullet She also authored:
bullet 1986 "Feeding Babies ", a counselling guide for health professionals on solutions to common infant feeding questions, Health and Welfare Canada;
bullet 1989, a chapter in , "L'avenir-santé au féminin", a book for health professionals working with women, Gaetan Morin Ed.
bullet 1998, a chapter on Women Nutrition in " La Santé des femmes", a reference book for doctors, Edisem, F.M.O.P.;
bullet 2001, a chapter on a ''Nutrition Strategy in the context of an eating disorder" in " La Tortue sur le dos", Editions de l'Homme.
bullet 2002, she contributed to "Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating Focus on Preschoolers - Background for Educators and Communicators ";
bullet 2004, co-author for the American Dietetic Association and Dietitians of Canada's, a position paper on "Nutrition and Women's Health".
bullet 2006, authored a review paper on ''The Health Benefits of Soy'' for Dietitians of Canada.

 Communicator in demand
bullet  Since 1972, she worked on 8 television series on nutrition (Radio Canada, Radio Québec and Télémétropole), totaling more than 600 broadcasts. She is invited as guest speaker in Canada, United States and Europe. Several health professional associations retain her services to chair workshops or symposium.
